Welcome, Friends!

Here at the CAVU Agility Accelerator program, we’re all about creating a friendly, inclusive, and supportive space for everyone. This easy-to-understand guide will help you know what’s expected of you, so we can all enjoy a fantastic learning journey together.

Being Kind and Inclusive:

  • Be respectful to everyone, no matter their background or who they are.
  • Use friendly language and avoid saying anything mean or hurtful.
  • Listen to others and appreciate what they have to say.

Staying Professional:

  • Keep a positive mindset and add helpful ideas to discussions.
  • Be ready for sessions by finishing any prep work and taking part in activities.
  • Dress comfortably and thoughtfully, considering everyone’s different backgrounds, especially during online meetups.

Working Together and Lending a Hand:

  • Be supportive, help out when needed, and share your knowledge.
  • Give helpful feedback that focuses on growth, not just pointing out flaws.
  • Make our learning space safe by being open-minded and non-judgmental.

No Bullying or Unfair Treatment:

  • Absolutely no harassment, bullying, or discrimination allowed.
  • If something’s not right, let the program leaders know right away.
  • If you see someone being treated badly, help them and report the situation.

Keeping Things Private:

  • Be mindful of others’ privacy and don’t share personal info without permission.
  • If someone shares something personal during a session, keep it to yourself, unless they say it’s okay to share.

Following the Rules:

  • Stick to the program’s policies, like attending sessions and meeting technical requirements.
  • Pay attention to any extra guidance from coaches or program leaders.

What Happens If Rules Are Broken:

We take the rules seriously, and breaking them could lead to consequences like warnings, being removed from sessions, or even being asked to leave the program. CAVU will decide the best way to handle any rule-breaking, based on the situation.

By joining our CAVU Agility Accelerator program, you’re saying “yes” to this guide and helping create a positive learning adventure for everyone. Thank you!
